Download Products
When you purchase a download product, the order confirmation you receive by email will have a link to your invoice. Your invoice will have a link through which you can download your purchase.
Payments
You may use check, credit card or Paypal to purchase items from The Equipper Store, even though the shopping cart appears to indicate that only Paypal is accepted.
Credit card: Credit card payments are processed by Paypal, a trusted provider of secure, confidential financial transactions. It is NOT necessary to have a Paypal account to make a credit card purchase. When you are taken to the Paypal site to complete payment, you can skip logging in to Paypal, or creating a Paypal account. Look for the "Don't have a Paypal account?" and click the "continue" button.

Sales tax
Sales tax is charged on purchases to an Illinois address.
If you are tax exempt, first create your customer account, putting your tax exemption number in the fax number field of your account. Then, before placing your order, email karen@theequipper.org. The store administrator must adjust your customer account to record your tax exempt status. When you receive word that your customer record has been recorded as tax exempt, you can make purchases and no sales tax will be charged.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling is charged for physical products but not for download products.
